Anyone saying Strief or Shanle clearly started watching the Saints three years ago.

Jason David
That was the first player I thought of without flinching.

I'm not gonna lie... Watching Josh Bullocks & Kevin Kaesviharn patrolling the secondary for us made me throw up.

Matt Cassell for my chiefs. Of course his surrounding cast of characters are pretty bad too

I'm only 21 so my memory is limited.
I'll say either Micheal Jenkins or Ray Edwards.

I have to go with Archie Manning for the Saints. He instilled a tolerance of mediocrity in the team and the city because, gee whiz, he really tried to win each game and was a likable guy in the post game interviews. He had no fire or leadership. He did not hold other players accountable or elevate the games of others.
Was he the least talented? Not by a longshot but he did more to hurt the Saints than most fans are willing to admit.

Todd Blackledge was worse.

He was still better than his two predecessors, Tyler Thigpen & Brodie Croyel won like 3 games in two years. I remember watching Jamrcus Russell go 6-18 for 50 yards and led the Raiders to 2 touchdown victory.

yeah, I've seen a lot of people bash Freddie T and Jason David but it turns out the safeties that were supposed to help them sucked arse.
And Fred Thomas was a good player who just had a rough end to his career... I think most fans think of that NFC Championship against the Bears and overreact.

really tough call between cade mcnown, david terrell, and recently kellen davis.
Mcnown was in and out of the lineup, through injuries and benchings, and never earned any real trust with the organization. Davis was just awful when given the chance the be "the guy" at TE and has since been cut loose.
but i think David Terrell takes this prize. high draft pick, took 4 years to earn a starting role at wr, never produced, and faded out of the league.
