Nah y'all are just overrating Drexler

Eh, Drexler's best years, he was a mid 20's ppg and 23-24 PER. His biggest problem was he wasn't a great shooter (.318% from 3 for his career).

In 2 on 2, he would be better because you don't have to shoot or deal with help defenders. He could just attack the rim, which was always his bread and butter. His career isn't far off Kobe's, even with the poor shooting.

Kobe 172.7 ws

Clyde 135.6 ws

Clyde was a slasher. I would hope his fg% is higher. I mean Kobe was just a better player, there's nothing to even argue about.

Also we're probably the same age, so chill with the children stuff

Saying Kobe would abuse Drexler is just on another level of dumbassery though
If you say so

Kobe would abuse Drexler. Drexler had one hand, couldn't shoot, and was a mediocre ball handler. Also Drexler made his money in transition. Different game when you only have half of the court to work with.

Did you really just use cumulative ws over ws/48?

.173 ws/48 for clyde

.170 ws/48 for Kobe

Total win shares are for complete ignoramuses. John stockton is 6th all time in total win shares. 30 more than Kobe

Lebron already has more total win shares than MJ, and that is just going to continue to grow

mudda fricka please

That fricking guy. I mean just how hard is it to see that Kobe would shut drexler down and score on him all he wanted

Clyde's biggest flaws would be hidden in 2 on 2. Guys who only go right and power to the hole every time do just fine in 2 on 2.

Kobe had more variety to his game, but 2 on 2 isn't about variety. That's why a guy like Shaq would be unstoppable. His only move would be to back someone down and dunk on them, but you can do that in 2 on 2.

I mean you're the one that brought win shares into a 2 on 2 basketball thread as if that shite matters

I was just showing career basketball stats to show the notion of domination of Drexler is a ridiculous argument

It’s a top 20 player vs a top 40 player. Neither is getting dominated

Shaq/Lebron
Should be limited to both players' best years as teammates. Shaq was washed up by the time he ever played with Lebron.

D-Wade and Lebron would be the GOAT team in a 2 on 2 matchup.

Either

Chamberlain/West or Chamberlain/Elgin Baylor would be nearly impossible to stop

Great combo.

Magic/Kareem & Penny/Shaq would be really really good.

Prime David Robinson & Tim Duncan would be an interesting combo too.
