Their defense is about to take a big step back with what they lost (Mosley, Smith, Weddle, and Suggs)

Seems like you don’t think LJ can throw.

Running your QB 17 times a game is something you do when (a) your QB can’t throw and (b) he’s not in your long-term plans.

If you have a young stud athlete at quarterback, why not run him? Who cares if he can’t do it when he’s 37, is he 37 now? No he’s not.
Would you run Baker Mayfield 15 times a game? What about Kyler Murray? Aaron Rodgers? Carson Wentz?

If you answered no to any of the above, please explain.

Jackson is not really going to improve as a passer at this point. You just don't go to the NFL and suddenly become accurate.

Brown, Snead & Crabtree are a decent trio of WRs. And they started the year on fire with Flacco. It’s notable that the Ravens has only one game where they passed for over 200 yards after Jackson took over, and it was for 202 yards. PFF ranked Jackson as one of their lower passing grades for 2018. He’s just not that good of a passer.

Now, he’s a rookie, so he can improve, but his accuracy isn’t very good and you have to pass to be a decent QB. Not to mention the wear and tear that will take place with a running QB.

I can think of QBs who became more accurate, but I can’t think of anyone who had no accuracy who suddenly became accurate.

Steelers are getting slept on quite a bit. Their defense is gonna be really good and they still have a top 5 OL and Big Ben.

Steelers lost their number one receiver, running back, and tight end.

Eh. Juju will be better than AB soon. The dropoff from Bell to Connor wasn't much last year. Vance is better than James.

The Steelers biggest issue was losing focus and choking away an almost certain playoff berth with L's to terrible teams like the Raiders.

Matt Stafford disagrees with your assessment. Was a career 57% passer in college who has turned into one of the more accurate passers in the league with a 66% completion percentage the last four years.

You going to ignore the upward trend in college? Or should I be disingenuous too and say that his career NFL completion percentage is a measly 62%?

A 62% completion percentage would have ranked 27th last season.

the afc north is deep every year.

the bengals have a weird shot to be interesting. mixon is legit, aj maybe will get healthy (lol), and tyler boyd is an absolutely fantastic number 2. dalton has had good years before, who knows, what if it comes together again with some solid weapons?

they will probably suck, but it's not guaranteed quite yet

Everyone is crowning Cleveland the paper champs. They are talking too much crap and haven't done anything in 20 years. The Steelers are going to win the division by 1 game.

It’s exciting though. Browns finally have the most talent in the division.

Cleveland has a very good team. Their biggest issue for a while has been QB and finally they're going into the season with not only a proven QB but a very good team around him.

I like baker but that’s not how I would describe a guy with 13 games under his belt
