Has to be Mike Brown of the Bengals. Inherited team from his dad. Spends as little as possible to receive maximum NFL revenue share. His team is embarrassment to Cincinnati my entire life.

One thats different - Bob Nutting, Pirates owner. One of the richer owners in the Major League Baseball but is a penny pinching son of a bitch.
