I think that makes it the most simple for the committee:

Ohio St
Clemson
Georgia
LSU

this is the correct answer....

in fact, i honestly think that LSU is the only team out there right now that could lose a game right now, and STILL get in... maybe Ohio State, but i'm not so sure...

An amazing what if to consider is what would happen if unbeaten Ohio State somehow lost to a 11-1 Minnesota. Do both get in like in the LSU-UGA scenario?

If OSU beats PSU, Michigan is essentially a worthless game for OSU to make the playoffs. It's extremely important as it's the biggest game of the year, but OSU makes the playoffs with a loss and winning the B1G still

Would this be an 11-2 Georgia or 12-1? They still have to play A&M next week.

Could you be more wrong?

That saves them from getting embarrassed and they can go win a Rose Bowl and continue to grow their recruiting.

Ohio State
Clemson
Georgia
Oklahoma/Oregon

I doubt the committee wants to skip over a 1 loss champion for a 1 loss non-champ.
