At Wisconsin, at Iowa, Penn State, Miami (your "darkhorse"). That's not exactly a joke of a schedule for Ohio State.

I think the ACC will have a team hovering around the top 5 all year next year, whether it is VT or Miami. Too bad the top 3 teams are all in the same division

Boise would be my darkhorse especially if they beat Va Tech in Washington, DC

didn't we just beat 4 of the top 15 teams? I think it's time to put the big ten bashing to bed.

but my pick Ohio State vs. Alabama

Dark Horse: Wisconsin (they have OSU at home)

If OSU wins by 3 in Columbus, and everyone else has two or more losses, maybe. That's the only way.

I'm interested to see what kind of impact Miami's 09 class can make next year. I'm anxious to see Ray Ray Armstrong get some extended PT.

Good point. I'm interested to see what Clemson does without Spiller

I like how everyone basically has decided the SEC champ is defacto in the title game. I kinda want the SEC champ to have 1 loss, another BCS conference team to be undefeated, and then have Boise or TCU undefeated. Would be interesting to see what the BCS does there.

no way we see a miama/tosu matchup with a regular matchup anyway. That and Boise playing VT will let us know a lot early on next season.

If Crowton is actually being replaced, Miles figures out clock management, the o line improves dramatically, and the defense figures out how to get pressure on the QB and disrupt the run LSU has a chance to be my dark horse.

A Big 10 team has the easiest pass to a BCS game. I do give credit to tOSU because they do go out and actually schedule quality OOC games.

Darkhorse: Boise

Doesn't Bama lose 7 senior starters on D, not including McClain and Jackson (possibly) going early?
