It's not her fault. It's the same men cheering Whitlock on that objectify women into sex objects, which in turn makes them desirable to these media outlets.

Whitlock, Lebatard, and Jones all used to be friends and obviously aren't now. Back when they were all at ESPN Whitlock actually talked Bomani into not leaving for FS1.

Maybe he should take a note. Lose some weight instead of growing that weird rug and FS1 might not have run him for more on screen appealing Emmanuel Acho.
She is not going to frick you for white knighting for her on a message board

So do u agree with Whitlock? It obviously not her fault but she should have the awareness that she got where she has gotten not bc of the merits of her journalism or communications background.

I think his most valid overlooked point was that some people can’t succeed in a meritocracy despite all they claim to ask for is an even playing field.
It’s those same people, the biggest complainers, when the chips are down, can’t hack it. We all have these types at work.
You either accept the fact that the only true meritocracy for work is owning your own business (and in some cases not) and being subject to the whims of a free market. Being promoted is almost always about having a mix of talent and somebody actually frickin liking you/believing in you. Just facts.

It isn't. ESPN deserves the blame for paying her a lot for so little.
That said, she makes over a million dollars as a TV personality who isn't on TV. Pretty nice gig, but if she's out there telling people to check their privilege, I can't say I'll feel bad for her when her resume, or lack thereof, is thrown back in her face.

You can tell who doesn't have jobs by all the people that know if Whitlock or nolan are good on daytime TV.

Kinda weird to bring lebatard into this when he has the single biggest daily sports radio show in the country
I’m not even sure how. It’s so fricking shitty

Not sure what this means. I thought Nolan had a late night show, and Whitlock wasn't on TV anymore.

I read an article a while ago about how ESPN paid her all this money, yet they couldn't figure out what to do with her.
Wait, ESPN paid her all this money without vetting her?
They just assumed she could do live TV?
This is like the Rams drafting that Oregon State QB Terry Baker and then finding out in mini-camp that he couldn't throw the football.

No, she had plenty TV experience from fs1. Her show won a sports Emmy.

They are both bad IMO and I have a job

They made the same mistake for that hack Rick Reilly giving him around $2 mil only to find out he sucks at live TV.
