Not talking about how they did in the NFL but just in college

Which school has produced the best

QB
RB
WR
OL
DT
LB
DB
K

Just want to see what people think I mean you can make a solid argument for OU and USC at QB since 2000 the WR has to be between tOSU and LSU most likely.

Again just trying to drive discussion, plus I am bored at the office since they made us show up today.

Purdue and BYU should at least be in the discussion for QBs. If we're talking all time at least and not just since 2000

Purdue is definitely an all time with Miami and BYU since the 80's. I am just trying to drive discussion. I do not care what time frame anyone wants to use.

As funny as it sounds though you can even add Iowa into the mix for QB, I think they had a run of at least 12 in a row go to the NFL. And since probably 2010 you can add them to the TE list as well. Miami would be a good TE group also, Chud, Shockey, Franks, Graham, Winslow, Olsen etc.

I like your Bama pick for DL, but do you think Miami, FSU, USC, and OU are in that same tier or close?

I’d say OSU is number 2 with the Bosa brothers, Chase Young, Heyward, and others. FSU and USC are close.

In the last decade plus we have produced some of the best d linemen. Off the top of most people’s head would say bama but we give them a run for their money as far as top end talent

Fletcher Cox
Chris Jones
Jeffrey Simmons
Montez Sweat
Preston Smith
Denico Autry
Pernell McPhee
And a few other depth type players on the dline

I know OSU has had some great WRs since 2000, but I can’t name too many besides the 25 that were drafted by the Saints and Harrison, JR. I’ll try to make a list of LSU studs (at LSU).

Josh Reed
Michael Clayton
Devery Henderson
Dwayne Bowe
Craig “Buster Davis”
Early Doucet
Brandon Lafell
Demetrius Byrd
Jarvis Landry
Odell Beckham
DJ Chark
Justin Jefferson
Jamar Chase
Terrace Marshall
Kayshon Boutte
Malik Nabers
Brian Thomas, Jr.

May be overlooking a few, especially during the span when Les was terrified to throw the ball. Reuben Randle and Jaray Jenkins probably just outside the group I listed.
