What's going on with the Cincinnati Bengals?

Last year they looked MUCH better and went to the super bowl. This year, they have no offense and look like garbage. I thought they picked up free agents?

They are the targeted. Lot more difficult to win games with a target on your back.

I thought they added really good pieces on the OL but you can't tell. They were good for their former team at least.
