I think that was the reference to all time player ratings.

His legacy= A bitch and a baby who has elite talent but the temperament of a toddler.

As Robert Horry has shown us, it's all about the rings.

He's a first ballot flopping HOFer for sure.

the answer is clear

I have no problem putting him as a top 10 PG of all time. My issue is that he has never been THE MAN on a team who he dragged to the finals.
As much as people give Dwight crap, and rightfully so, he was the man on the Magic who made the finals (lost but made it to the finals)
So for now, he can't go too much higher in my mind without winning a title, or at least getting to a couple of WCFs

He'll be the 2nd best PG ever imo.
Only one other has ever sustained a higher level of play.

Amazing player
Changes the game as much as a point guard of his size can
Whines to officials constantly
Flops
Take the good with the bad. I like his commercials and it seems like he is a decent guy off the court.

Paul
Also, the fact that Deron Williams dominated his arse for most of his career doesn't help his case.
