There was a clothing store across the street from the Cultural Center and the wrestlers would often park behind it. After one of the match nights, my buddies and I headed over there and we met Grizzly Adams. Nice guy and absolutely huge.

Damn it would've been heaven as a kid in the 80s living in the Atlanta market and getting like 8 hours of wrestling every Saturday and you didn't even need cable.

I actually really liked 2009 and 2010 ring of honor when Cornette booked it and it was an hour long block of TV. Often times there was just one big match that was featured they were sort of forced into putting their best product out in the short amount of time they had.

WWE turned to crap the moment Vince jr took over. I grew up with Houston wrestling and Paul Bosech. Later the UWF was affiliated with Paul. The matches were believable. It was the best of the best. WWWF which it was known as before WWE was pretty good. Then Vince got greedy and spoiled the aura of "professional" wrestling. I hate him and what he did to the sport.

Late 80’s Crockett/NWA was very good as well. Loved the Horsemen with Flair, Arn, Tully, and Barry. Barry heel turn on Lugar was very well done. You had Sting and Dusty there as well.
Tag team division was loaded..Road Warriors, Doom, Steiner, Midnight, Rock and Roll, Skyscrapers, Freebirds..all through there at some point.

Wwf but I enjoyed WCW even pre NWO with the Wcw Saturday night era. Honestly maybe before hogan but he was alright. Was a massive fan of Wcw Vader and the Hollywood blondes
