I remember 29 happening. I remember going to a party for 30 and all of us kids going to a room and just playing Donkey Kong for 3 hours, and then 31 was the first one I actually sat down and watched.

Probably 1981. Eagle versus the Raiders in NOLA. Plunkett was the QB for the Raiders.

For me it was Super Bowl XXVII between the Cowboys and the Bills.

Same. And the memory from that game was Bebe chasing down Leon Lett to keep the Cowboys from setting Super Bowl scoring record (if I remember correctly on the score).

Yes was in 8th gr recall a crazy dank cold wet day and was blocked out or some sht and had to keep adjusting rabbit ears in the attic to watch. As recall the reinactment was a fiasco, Strams Chiefs beat Vikings then he became Saints coach a few years later.
Did watch the first one on color TV at house!

I remember people talking about Super Bowl V, but the first I recall really watching was Super Bowl VI. I was then moreinvested in Super Bowl VII, pulling for the Redskins

Does anyone else remember the feed going down for the 49ers-Dolphins Super Bowl in 84?

I don’t know if it was just local but I remember the game going out for about significant amount of time.
