What should the Ravens do w/ Lamar?

I know this might sound like a crazy question seeing that he is surely going to be a 2 time MVP. However, what would you do if you are the Ravens with Lamar Jackson? He wins regular season games at an amazing clip, 58-19 as a starter. So it sounds crazy that you would be thinking of moving on from him. However, in the playoffs, when it matters most, he is 2-4. It's also not just that they are losing in the playoffs, it's how he looks in these games. When it comes to the playoffs, he seems confused and doesn't run the offense like it is designed to be ran. With this, and his wanting to be traded last season, would you try and trade him now if you are the Ravens and start over? Again, I know that sounds crazy w/ a 2 time MVP, but it just doesn't seem to be working in the playoffs with him and these issues seem to not be going away. He just finished his 6th season in the NFL. I think that is enough time to show the type of QB he is and more than likely will continue to be. If I am the Ravens, I might look into moving him, you would be able to get a pretty significant haul for him. Possibly moving him to a team that has a high pick in this draft so you could draft his replacement and basically start this whole process over. They have a great team that you could still be ready to win now and plus, you wouldn't have that big contract to worry about.

Swap him with Josh Allen so the MSB can settle the debate

Start him at quarterback next year?

Go get him another receiver. They’re tied to him, the best you can hope for is getting him a weapon and hope for continued improvement

Stick with him
I'm not the biggest Lamar fan (He's an incredible player but folds under pressure), but almost every team would kill to have him.

Dumb
Peyton Manning was 3-6 in the playoffs until he went 4-0 in 2006 to win his first SB
*was also a 2-time MVP

No one is taking that contract after yesterday.

Stick with him for another 2-3 years due to his ridiculous contract all while winning nothing. After that 3 years I fully expect him to lose a step and due to his inaccuracy and lack of intelligence he won’t be playing the QB position in the NFL anymore.

Trading him right after he wins his 2nd MVP would cause heads to explode throughout the media and probably result in some marches, protests, cancelling etc.
Please make it happen so I can watch

Play to his strengths, which is running with the football. He has not shown himself to be a guy that can pass 30+ times a game even with an accomplished OC such as Monken, so why are the Ravens still trying to force him into that role. Greg Roman had the right idea with his option offense, but their receivers at the time were awful and unreliable. That led them being too one-dimensional on the ground. Harbaugh needs to find a way to blend the two elements together.

This is not a Dak-Cowboys situation where Dak is just good enough. Lamar is another caliber of QB and they’d be fools to get rid of him while still at his peak.

Instead he has to settle for then averaging giving up 30 plus

as a Saints fan. I'd gladly take Lamar.
That throw into triple coverage was horrid but putting that whole loss on him "choking" is dumb.

Didn’t they just give him that big contract?

Lamar is a solid QB
But in 7 playoff games his offense averages 16 points per game. That’s not good. I don’t think he is choking, I just don’t think he is a good enough quarterback for the playoffs

Winning in the playoffs is hard. Mahomes and Brady are not the norm

Teams spin their wheels for a decade or so trying to find a QB of Lamar’s caliber

Winning in the playoffs is hard
If the ravens were scoring 24 points a game and Lamar was looking good but they were losing, this would only be an issue for idiots
But the fact is they are losing because their offense is playing poor
