But who knows. Maybe all college coaches would head up into the concourse to receive the confirmation of their greatness from the fans after a big win whilst the actual team sits in the locker room.

I couldn't agree more.

Rick Barnes, I was a critic but he has proved me wrong this year, they were supposed to have another down year
Wait till the tourney. They'll probably be a victim of the famous 5/12 upset.

Darrin Horn needs to be included.

Why is Jay Wright on this list. He's a great coach

I only defend Trent Johnson's tenure at TCU. I do agree he underachieved at Stanford/LSU based on his rosters.
How did he underacheive at Stanford and LSU based on his rosters? When he had good rosters he did good things: 2nd in the Pac-10 in '08. Won the SEC in '09 with a good roster inherited from Brady. Now he depleted his own rosters at LSU which got him run out of town. However generally speaking, when he's had the horses he's won.

his problem tends to be acquiring said horses and putting them in position to succeed

Who's the ex-Dukie who was at Michigan, and now coaches in the Ivy League? Amaker(sp)? Him.

The same Tommy Amaker who coached Harvard into the tournament, won the Ivy League multiple times, led Harvard into the top 25 for the first time in school history? Oh and won a tournament game last year? Yea, you're an idiot.

Yeah, I don't think he's a bad coach, just can't handle the pressures of a big time program. Was pretty good at Seton Hall IIRC.

Tom Crean - He did absolutely nothing with two top 5 draft picks.

Any Mount Rushmore of worst basketball coaches needs to include Tom Crean.

All of these guys have had some success though, including Trent.
Trents last 5 years in conference

They were pretty good one year but they had plenty talent and he underachieved there.
