2002 World Series game 6. Giants up 5-0 in the 7th with Russ Ortiz dealing. Dusty comes out to pull him and hands him the freaking "WS clinching game ball".I was in the process of sending my girlfriend and her friends to go get some champagne to celebrate and douse ourselves with when the wheels came off. 3 WS in 5 years has barely gotten me over it. And don't even get me started about that GD rally monkey. I will forever loathe the Angels. And yes, it hurt way worse than 1/9/12 which is virtually impossible.

I'm sure it has been mentioned multiple times in this thread, but my #1 was witnessing LSU lose to Bama in the Dome, then watching #2 on TV as probably the best team in Saints history lost to the Niners in the divisional round. What a terrible 6 days.
The worst part is realizing that I will never have another fall where both my teams are that good at the same time. They were a combined 27-5

i think im going to go with game 6 of the 2008 NBA finals. that sucked
I think Game 4 was worse. Lakers were up big in the third, I'm thinking series will tied, Boston is fricked now
For me, the tuck rule and Vince Young will always leave a scar.

For LSU:
1/9/2012
For Saints:
The 1983 loss to the Rams in the Superdome, last game of the regular season, which prevented the Saints 1st ever winning season and playoff appearance

on the one hand I get why Bama fans say this, on the other hand frick you
You had won 2 NC's in a row, one of which you arguably shouldn't have been in and both of which you needed help to get into, followed it up with a 2 straight SEC titles and another NC 2 years later to get 4 or 7 so boo hoo on losing the kick six game because your HOF coach for some reason didn't just let the clock run out and try to win in OT

Before the Browns broke me and I stopped caring about them?
The Drive
The Fumble
The Interception
Take your pick although The Drive prevented them from going to the Super Bowl so that has to be #1.

Same here. I thought I took the 1/9/12 as well as any LSU fan could. But the agony and anger only festered beneath me until that Saints/49'ers game.
That Veron Davis TD at end of the game triggered me bad. I was screaming like a lunatic and uttering vulgarity at Gregg Williams.
It was a Louisiana sports week from hell.

I apologized to my newborn baby after the Caps lost Game 5 in 2012 to the Rangers by committing a penalty with 1 minute left, letting in the game tying goal with 6 seconds left, and then the game winning goal one minute in OT with the Rangers still on the power play.
Welcome to a lifetime of pain, little one. Maybe not the most gut wrenching loss ever, but in the conversation, but knowing I've added my kid to this level of misery was too much for me.
Otherwise, the 2012 BCSCG.

2015 1-AA 2nd round playoffs. Mcneese #4 undefeated regular season, laid an egg at home in the 1st playoff game again! I sho thought we was going to Frisco. I was down for the 30 minute drive home. I'll still pull for them but not going their games unless they're playing a bcs school or they make it to the qtr finals.
