What is the most legit alternative to ESPN in your opinion?

I really can't watch or listen to their tabloid, TMZ-esque bullshite anymore. I love me some Dan Patrick. What or who is a reasonable replacement?

Fox Sports isn't too bad.
ESPN just has too much airtime to fill. It really gets unwatchable at times.

It sucks because they have all the tools to be the best quality you could ask for, but they waste it with annoying talking heads, pointless headlines, and they sacrifice quality for easy clicks.

Twitter, the internet, and local Memphis sports radio is basically how I get all of my sports news. The only time I really ever flip on ESPN anymore is to watch an actual game.

I don't really watch/care about any sports besides football (mostly NFL but some college too) so I usually stick to NFL.com/NFL Network.. I know they get a lot of hate but I enjoy their analysts/writers a LOT more than ESPN. I'll never understand the fascination with watching SportsCenter... Sure, you'll get what you like EVENTUALLY after you sort through all the bullshite in sports no one gives a frick about. I could care less about shite like softball.

Yeah, I was watching the other night when I saw a round table of Donovan McNabb, Randy Moss, and Urlacher. I did think they were terrible.

I listen to Mad Dog Radio during the week...I don't care so much for Chris Russo but the other hosts are pretty good, plus Dan Patrick is on at 9 est
