If I'm not mistaken, he was at West Ouachita for a couple of years before moving to West Monroe last year I believe.

Sure. And coaches and administrators are supposed to do what's in the best interest of the team / all the kids.

I don't blame a parent for advocating for their kid, but that's where someone in charge steps in and says no.

Federico is most definitely not the reason WM hasn't performed up to expectations the last 2 years.

No parents are supposed to support their kids and the teams they compete on. Wanting the coach to cater to your child is bad for the team and bad for the child. The other players will dislike your kid and your kid will get a false sense of accomplishment. It's why we have so many entitled adults now that act like spoiled clowns. Parents that catered to wanted every other person to cater to their children. Those children become shitty adults.
