He was in a concrete ditch and was considering hitting out of it. He asked what I had. I told him. He picked up ball and came out of ditch. Then I saw him throw his hands up after shooting the flag. When they pulled up to green they said both of them shot 130 with their lasers. The guy in my cart and I said the GPS showed 117 because the guy in my cart had to drop at same spot and we checked for him. I apologized that there was a difference and it was dropped.

2 stroke penalty assessed on the hole. Not sure how you'd prove I intentionally deceived him. I guess go back to that spot and see what GPS said. If it was 13 yard difference, take the penalty.

Word of advice - don't hit it left on the front 9. Left is x on almost every hole

...when I'm hitting my driver consistently, I play a right to left ball and I sometimes hook the shite out of it.
