yea they're good for one of those each game. They didn't win the game with that run it just got them back to even basically. Game was won late 4th when HOU threw the ball away.

So it really can't get much better then? Maybe if he doesn't play though the Rockets have a chance to win like we've seen before..

What I'm saying is that in spite of Harden's individual brilliance, HOU as a team didn't play their best game.

It can get better.

Howard was missed in the second half. GS doesn't get as many points in the paint or from Green. Will be a good series if Howard recovers.

That's a good point. They probably are more fun to watch offensively, but I don't like it when teams can't protect the rim at all and that's whar generally happens with Lee.

Livingston is unreal. It's such a shame his leg got obliterated when he was with the Clippers. That was one of the worst injuries I've ever seen.

comes down to efficiency. Hou has guys that are prone to doing that. you really expect to trust josh smith in crunch time? true colors always show.

Harden hasnt exactly been careful with the ball this playoffs either

Yea Jones doesn't need to be on the floor late. Missed a couple gimmes, turned it over a few times, lets Barnes rip that loose ball from him, didn't defensively rebound well, etc. He's been huge in spurts but his rebounding and finishing at the rim has been really disappointing lately.

Can't be upset about that loss tonight. Good hustle in the 4th and Harden was fun to watch. Hope Howard is back for Game 2. If so, I like our chances.

meh not really the play/flow of the game is dictated by the score you can't just add a couple pts to the ending score based on points scored or not scored in the first half.

It was the FLOW, bro

Dwight had 5 turnovers in only 26 minutes. Two of them sparked 7-0 and 19-4 runs, the other three happened during those runs.

IDGAF if it was the 1Q or 4Q

Basically, Smith giveth and Smith taketh away. Always going to be a mixed bag with him.

But yeah, really can't afford his late game gaffes. He wasn't the reason HOU lost (yes, I realize I contradicted one of my earlier posts ), but he wasn't a help down the stretch.
