Over .900 OPS from 2006-2008
Over 180 hits per season from 2006-2008
Over 100 RBI each season from 2006-2008
Gold glove awards ‘07-‘08
Silver slugger awards ‘07-‘08
30-30 club in 2007
What? Griffey from 1997-99 was better and he's the first and only name I even looked up...
1997: 1.028 OPS, 185 hits, 56 HR, 147 RBI
1998: .977 OPS, 180 hits, 56 HR, 146 RBI
1999: .960 OPS, 173 hits, 48 HR, 134 RBI
Gold glove all 3 years (and every other year in the 90's)
Silver slugger award all 3 years (and 4 other times in the 90's)
Only had years of 15, 20, 24 stolen bases though. What a bum

Hell Chipper had a higher OPS than both of them during that stretch.
Even in a thread about David Wright, Chipper is still the Mets'daddy.
And you are right FWIW.

Now I can agree about Griffey. Those 3 seasons tell me that he is better
Than Bonds.
Than Bonds.

Just when I thought that your “2003 Syracuse was one the greatest basketball teams of all time” take was bad.

It’s Paul Allen. He’s either a fully committed troll or legit stupid.

no it’s probably some 3 year stretch of roided out Barry Bonds
2001-2003 Barry average
.345/542/.808 so average 1.349 OPS
he averaged 54 HRs 146 hits 174 Bbs per year averaged like 112.3 RBIs
if you wanna see how far humans can go with all medical enhancements look at 2000s Barry Bonds and Lance Armstrong.

Lol no and why did you throw two Gold Gloves in there as stats in your OP about an offensive stretch over 3 years? Just to give an extra line of stats that have nothing to do with the topic to try and make it look better? That would work if everyone just skims your post.

Why are you the way you are

Look at Theodore Samuel Williams’ whole frickin’ career, Ace, and pick a three-year stretch at random.

I haven't even looked at the numbers, but I would bet my double-wide trailer that Bonds, Pujols, Manny Ramirez, and Miguel Cabrera had at least two different stretches in their careers that were better than this single stretch by Wright
