Spurs won't win more than one v GSW and that's if they make it that far. They've a better chance of losing before they get to GSW than they have of forcing GSW to even a game 7.
The well renowned and respected SportsLine model is in agreement with me.

latest SportsLine model only gives Spurs a 51% of getting out of the second round.

Are those odds higher than cc making it into the playoffs?

its okay angry, I didn't care at all.
But lets be honest, its not my fault I can predict your schtick without trying...i mean its been consistent all season long.
ETA: But for those who are curious
Winning Round 1: 12.58%
Why look, at the other page, I said they had a 10% chance to beat GSW

I wouldn't necessarily rule out this scenario but I don't think OKC can win 4 against them.

They about 50/50 to make the WCF and GSW is about 70% to win the West. So the numbers will lead you to believe that yes they are more likely to lose before they get to GSW than they are to forcing an elimination game. Also interesting is the CLE has a better chance at the title than SAS that's something that I have been mentioning here for months and months it's good to see something as reputable as sportsline backing me on that.

What is it you do not like about the Spurs? Remember 2014 they played one of the better finals ever against that Miami team, and they still have a chance to win 70 (!!!!!!) this year.
I'll give you playing OKC in round 2 bc that will be hard, but in most every other NBA season, these Spurs would be overwhelming title favorites

quote:Yea and they almost lost to the Mavs in Rd1. They got hot at the perfect time. If OKC had Ibaka for a whole series good chance they don't even make the finals.

quote:IDK about that, they wouldnt have even been favorites last year and if you rememvber correctly last season they lost out in rd 1 v LAC who is notorious for being a soft team.

Da frick does that have to do with this year?
Posted on 4/6/16 at 2:30 pm to Boomshockalocka
Yes they did. However we are talking about the 65-12 Spurs as they are on April 6th, 2016.
Let's be honest. These Warriors are GOAT conversation team. I will be shocked if they don't repeat.

They have the 3rd best title odds currently for this year and you see threads/posts here calling them an all time great team that's when I feel obligated to pop in and set the record straight.

You trotted out that line of bunk a couple weeks ago and got it summarily rejected. Yet here you are going back to that well again
