Yeah, a Lebron team will SO be a car wreck.

He would do well with the Cavs IMO.

NYK would have to buy him out, then I assume he'd have to take the vet minimum to get to CLE.

Is there a hard cap now? Melo makes tier 1 money.
I doubt cavs do both george and melo unless they send love to indy for 1 yr "rental" on pgeorge. High price.

If NYK buys out Melo, which there are rumors on, he's out of that contract and can sign a new contract, but I imagine it would have to be a vet minimum to get to CLE

Wouldn't surprise me to see both Wade and Melo on the Cavs this year due to buyouts.

Wade already has said he is picking up his player option for next year.

Well the Knicks would buy him out and still be on the hook for the buyout figure. Cavs would sign him and the minimum salary he makes is subtracted from the buyout figure.

There's really no financial upside for him to sign with another team once he's bought out.

Which can then be bought out, if Chicago chooses.

Lets be realistic.

Trades for Paul George
Sign Melo

Irving-George-LeBron-Melo

4 ball dominant guys. unless Melo is okay with coming off the bench, this is not going to work

Well odds are nothing is going to work but what are they supposed to do, sit on their hands and concede the next 4 years?
