Just watched the video. Dude's an idiot for getting that far down on the track. There's no way they can say he tried to run him over on purpose

I'm just saying, I was called an idiot for saying other drivers get out in the track, and now we have all these videos showing it.

People are acting like this guy threw himself on top of TS's car. He was on the track, and probably miscalculated where TS was going to pass

Well its a good thing Stewart doesn't have a history of being completely out of his fricking mind on the racetrack.

He is a hot headed a-hole, no one who watches nascar can deny that. How many on/off track altercations has he been in? I'd be willing to bet it's probably the most in nascar with the current drivers. He tried to throw dirt on the kid and swung too wide and killed him, his career is over IMO and he should face jail time

Are people actually still defending Tony Stewart on this? He just killed some kid trying to be a bully and intimidate him. Terrible tragedy.....

Does that make it more or less dangerous to go out on a live track?

Did any more reports come out about wards status?

I was at page 30 last night but logged off.

There were reports he was either dead or alive

Dude made a terrible mistake and paid for it with his life.

There is not enough in that video to convict Tony Stewart.

I'm not arguing that. Other posters swore up and down that it doesn't happen

Link to Ward jumping in front of a car?
He used jumping because that's the term SPEEDY used.

What is with people? Ward was being reckless here now matter how you spin it. And no, there are not "many" examples of this in NASCAR. That's what stout and I are referring to. Now people are linking any altercation on the track. That is not what we were disagreeing with. It was at night. Ward was moving down the track towards the cars. On a small dirt track coming out of a turn.

This. Don't get out of your car and go halfway down the track
