I guess Ricky Craven said something about Tony's spotter should have told him.

Jesus christ we are letting these people have a microphone to talk about shite they are clueless about.

SPEEDY VIDEO: Tony Stewart hits opposing driver; driver has died according to reports No way would a NASCAR driver jump in front of a moving Sprint Cup car on a dark track...not even Tony Stewart would do something so dumb

Sometimes to avoid somethinf you actually use some gas and turn.....if some idiot is coming at you and you try to avoid him and the front of your misses him if you are gonna hit him it will be the right rear...and thats whay hit him.
the Intimidating theory doesnt hold water. Its 4 seconds after it happen and u come around a corner and an idiot is coming at you...the result is a gas and swerve more than Tony deciding in .4 seconds to teach guy a lesson

He was far from jumping in front of the car and that was in the pit. Not on a live track. Jesus...

I'm sure, in 87 pages, it's already been discussed, but. . . The frick was that guy thinking, running onto a track in front of race cars?

Stewart hit the throttle in order to intimidate Ward. No doubt about that. He should've known hitting the throttle causes those cars to get sideways. Ward was also an idiot for getting out his car and pointing like that. I put negligence at 50/50, but when you are 50% responsible for killing a guy that isn't good

What are the cars immediately in front of Stewarts doing ?

Maybe you're right and the decision was made for him, but don't act high and mighty when you are speculating like everyone else.

I'm not trying to act high and mighty. The poster to whom I was responding seemed to know that Tony made the decision without any pressure. I pointed out that there was no difference in Tony's situation from last night and last night he planned on racing.
