And I don't disagree. But the DA doesn't want to have to make the call. Regardless of what they find or do, a LOT of people will be pissed.

Come one. Wards right leg was all hanging out way past his body and even if Tony moved the car a little to avoid Ward it was going to catch his leg. That's how close the guy was to the cars. He had to dodge the car that comes right before Tony.

The fact that this isn't self explanatory to Stewart is baffling/concerning. However, I say at this point the fault
lies with NASCAR for not immediately suspending Stewart until an investigation had been completed. They've allowed the possibility of Stewart racing today to become a talking point.
