You are making fun of a guy that has been dead barely 12 hours.
Classless by your standards.

Because you use words like 'clearly' and 'obviously' for things that are obviously in doubt based on what we see and specifically CAN'T see in the video.

Suspend him for what? Stewart wasn't arrested. You're going to suspend Stewart for doing nothing wrong?

Looks to me as Tony tried to throw dirt on the driver by gassing the car and losing the rear end. The kid kept coming at him, and he got hit. Kid shouldn't have came after Tony in a black suit at night. Kid put himself in danger. Tony did not try to hit this guy. Tragic accident as I see it. No crime.

Regardless of what they find or do, a LOT of people will be pissed.
People get pissed all the time. That doesn't mean that common sense should be thrown out the window. Unless this guy is up for reelection in a month, I doubt he will waste any resources on pursing it.

Ok, I'm my opinion TS accelerated and killed that guy on accident. Better?

Can't believe people are still talking a bout jail time for Stewart for an accident . . . On a race track. . . Where someone ran out onto the track towards his car.
I don't get it either. That's essentially what happened. Any idiot (well most idiots) knows not to walk onto a live motorsports track. Shouldn't go any further than this IMO.

Incorrect. NASCAR has no authority to suspend Tony Stewart based upon the evidence at hand. NASCAR is a separate entity from the sprint car series Stewart was competing in and no criminal charges have been filed.
NASCAR has no jurisdiction or authority to take action against Mr. Stewart.

And ESPN is still showing the video. Someone needs to tell them that human bodies don't bend that way.

I'm going to suspend Tony Stewart because he was involved in the death of another individual and I want to conduct an investigation to determine what occurred

If Stewart ran over his wife, he would have been suspended immediately. How is this any different?
Also, the same way Roger Goddell investigates off the field issues in the NFL is how NASCAR can investigate Stewart

NASCAR investigating this? What a waste of resources.

TS should sit out today so he doesn't look like a TPOS though

I saw what I saw. Why does that make me ignorant?

Hundreds of people there, and more than likely other videos/pictures exist. Yet all the Sleuths in here are dissecting a single video and arguing like a bunch of 7th grade girls.
ETA: total dick move if he races today.

I agree here. If he cares about his public image.

NASCAR does not have the authority to suspend Stewart nor conduct an investigation. They are a separate entity (and the series Stewart was racing in is already conducting an investigation).
