The eliminates the "accelerated to swerve away and the back end swung out and clipped him" argument

Re watching the video. I would have been surprised if he lived.

Uhhh, TS gassed the pedal while approaching the guy well after the caution was thrown. How hard is that really to see.

I will say, not knowing much about dirt track racing, I was originally envisioning this huge NASCAR track and that it was possible Ward ran up on one of the cars but could not be seen.

With the track and the cars being that small, there's no way Stewart could not have seen Ward.

What a dumbass why to end your life, running into the middle of a track at race cars. And not just running into the track but running in front of other cars WAY into the track. What a fricking idiot but RIP.

How many of you have driven a race car... I've been around race tracks my whole life. And yes I've raced on dirt.
Rule 1. Never undo your cam lock or take your helmet off. Def do not leave the car.
A driver signs a waiver before every race when he enters the pits and this is brought up again in the drivers meeting.
Not saying what tony did is right. It's really fricked up. BUT the kid is at fault here for getting out of his car and walking down the track. This will not go any further for Tony criminally.
