Well we got another full retard here
Look god dammit, he was walking on the fricking track. That alone gives someone who hits him a glimpse of an out. They're in a race...not seeing this guy would be a good enough defense.

If it's shown that TS did that intentionally (not sure how that could happen), I'm guessing the waiver wouldn't last long.
Short of audio saying something to the effect of "I'm about to run this motherfricker over" there is no way to prove intent that couldn't be disproven by a half drunk capybara in a fuzzy hat.

I'll see where this thread leads in the morning.
Hope that last report is true of the Ward still being alive.

Yeah but using a cramp as the excuse to accelerate? C'mon man

All bullshite aside. I hope the kid pulls out of this. I don't see criminal charges if this was an accident. But if he intentionally swerved into him who knows. Karma will get him in the law doesn't.

don't know how you could prove any criminal charges.
Did guy die? Was Stewart negligible? If yes to both, manslaughter proven.

Pretty sure precedent has been set in sports where causing intentional harm in the field of play but outside of the game situation has caused a few people jail time.
Mainly thinking about hockey but it seems relatable.

I don't think criminal charges will come of this, but there's gotta be no way that Tony Stewart ever races a car again.

Any updates I need to make to the OP?

if he intentionally swerved
He didn't swerve. His rear-end kicked out from accelerating and his back tire hit the other driver.

Again that's a example. Unwad your panties.
Look just let me know if you find something like this:
