You can't wave liability for criminal acts... if this is one.

That's the point of the waiver. Not to give drivers a get out of jail card if they Frick something up.

Not to sue the track OR the other listed groups. Hence why you cant sue if somebody intentionally fricks your car up.

If a fan gets on the track and get hit resulting in death is the driver going to jail?

if the fan and driver just had some sort of confrontation and the driver accelerates and hits the fan, yeah I'd say he'll be someone's prison bitch.

I don't get why people are asking what happens if a fan does something stupid and gets injured or comparing this to football or other stupid shite.
Just focus on what happened here

No it's on a dirt track while under caution. Yes the car accelerates bc the driver thinks his leg is about to cramp and adjusts quickly.

You are confusing the shite out of me. Like you're agreeing with people but in an argumentative way.

If it's shown that TS did that intentionally (not sure how that could happen), I'm guessing the waiver wouldn't last long.

I'm pretty sure you presented the waiver as a reason there wouldn't be criminal charges. Which is clearly irrelevant to anything in that waiver.

I think the waiver would cover against any civil charges.

I don't know how you could prove any criminal charges.

You missed the key word. Says nothing about bringing a manslaughter charge if it's warranted.
