kind of a shame. I googled kevin ward and his website obviously doesn't have anything new but it does have this somber tidbit:

I imagine it was a split second decision. Like he turned the corner, saw him get out, thought it would be cute to pretend to hit him, then lost control of his car and actually killed him.
Not that I'm defending it, but I could see how someone with a temper could easily do that in the 3 seconds between seeing him and passing him. A little different than pulling a gun.
