You guys are spinning shite and making things up to fit the narrative you desire. Had that been the 20 year old who hit and killed Tony Stewart in the same fashion you, ESPN (despicable) and the rest of the world giving Tony a free pass would be asking for the Ward Jr's head.
I hope you're never on a jury.

What do you think is?
You really don't think a guy who has a hot headed history on the track will be looking to see what reaction the guy he put in the wall might have in those 5-10 seconds he is approaching and passing him?

I wish we had the World of Outlaws or another real professional league nearby. All we have in BR is the Cajun Sprinters :/

The person voted most likely to kill someone on the track actually killed someone on the track... surprise surpise... not really.
But it has always been amazing how the media and Nascar covered for Stewarts anger issues.
I'm sure he didnt mean to kill the dude but every action he made to that point he meant to do...

Like I said, only TS knows for sure.
I'm sure Tony Stewart the stand up guy he is will say "I messed up and was trying to scare the kid and lost control".
This isn't even the first time a driver has gotten out of their car. On track or on dirt. It also isn't the first time a driver has attempted to scare someone by slighting nudging them or aiming at them with the car.

I saw the outlaws at Pike Co. Speedway. This was around the time DE died. Was pretty cool

You're willing to convict based on that video alone?

A few thoughts
1. NASCAR really is for the poor and stupid
2. Kevin Jones just won a Darwin Award
3. Tony Stewart > O.J. Did it in front of everyone

Yeah, God forbid a guilty person goes to jail in this country right?
We seem to be great at letting the high profile ones go FREE lately.

I have eyes...and can hear. Just what I saw and heard in the video. Maybe I'm wrong. Like I said, only TS knows for sure.
This tread is full of cognitive ias.
I peeked at my facebook this morning and there were a couple references from friends who live down south. Seems most women have an emotional reaction and think Stewart did this on purpose, most men think it was an unfortunate accident.

If you can't prove guilt, rightly so.

I think Stewart made some mistakes, along with the other driver, but that it was an unfortunate accident

I really will travel to see them when I actually make enough to have real disposable income. I'm not a huge fan of Nascar, but I never miss the Sprints when they come to Baton Rouge.

I'm not willing to say that. There might be mud/dirt all over his visor. His view might have been blocked by the car(s) ahead. Lots of things might have prevented him from seeing the dude in the middle of track.
Tell me what you think then...did he see him or not?

I've been to 3 dirt track races I believe. They just happened to be there when my brother took me. Dale Earnhardt trailer sold out of merch in an hour

None of this can be proven, unless they have recordings of Stewart saying he was going to get the guy.
All that will come of this is that it was an unfortunate accident. Idiot shouldn't have been on the track. I don't give two shites how many times it's been done before him.
