As an LSU fan I'm rooting for Michigan because frick bama.
Conference "pride" made sense back in the BCS era because you could be a conference champion and still miss the championship because the committee thought your conference sucked. With the 12 team playoff, you basically just have to be a top 3 team in your conference and you're in (if you are in one of the big two).

Yeah everytime I take the under the defense usually scores immediately to start the game just to make sure it has no shot. Sometimes twice.
