Didn’t miss a single home game during the Baldwin era. If you thought Curley Hallman was bad, try going to one of those games in the early 2000s. Nothing like losing to Northwestern State at home in front of 5,000 people.

I’ve never worn a single bit of Alabama gear in my life, but ok.
In fact, the games vs Bama and Ole Miss every year are the two games that I actively root for LSU each season. That, and whenever they play against any Big 10 team.

Good for Y’all! Def the best Sun Belt team. And Cajuns haven’t even played in a couple weeks. This year has a huge asterisk by it though considering Big10 & PAC aren’t playing yet

Think about it. LSU has a $140 million athletic budget. UL (Lafayette if you choose), has a $25 Million budget.
LSU competes with no one in state for recruits and donor money, unlike their SEC foes in MS, AL, FL, GA, TX and SC. Yet....they still get all bent out of shape if a national commentator refers to us as Louisiana Ragin Cajuns. All after having possibly the best college football season of all time last year.

Fus nobody I know in Lafayette likes the Tide, unless they went to Alabama. The only person I know was a graduate from there. Most are LSU fans with UL ties.
