Kampmann's personality never seemed like a good fit. He's pretty down to earth and humble not obnoxious and conceited.

He does have more of the family and company man persona.

Maybe I never paid attention to it before but team alpha male appears to be a bunch of pretty boys

It's been 2 months since Werdum won the belt. Why does he not have title defense set up yet?

HW is about the most uninteresting division in the UFC.

They know the Stipe fight won't sell shite, so it'll be a co main or something and you KNOW they are trying to close this Fedor deal.

I'd also bet that the delay is Fedor related. If they sign him he'll fight Werdum for the title.

You don't think they would want him to have a "warm up" fight, or would the UFC not want to risk the chance of him losing to the likes of say Rothwell or Mitrione?

You'd want to put him right into a title fight. He isn't some up and comer. He's the biggest name in HW mma this side of Lesnar. If he loses the title fight. You still sold a ton of PPVs. If he loses a warmup, you lose sells.

Cain is the current front runner for Werdum; but plans can change.

Yup, if they can get Fedor you jump him and sell the hell out of tickets and PPV off the memory of the guy and the new fans that really didn't see him in his prime.

UFC will rake regardless of the outcome, then you spin something up to get the best shine you can from however his fight goes.

I don't think Cain deserves a rematch. For me it's JDS vs. Werdum. I had soured on the UFC when they fought in 2008. Would like to see them do it again.

JDS was a nobody when they fought in 08 and Werdum was fat.

Raymond Daniels got a naaaaaaaaasty cut on his eye from a knee in GLORY last night.

They had a pretty good night of fights despite the stoppage from the cut in the Holzken/Daniels title fight.

Have you seen this?

UFC 194

I mean shite, Yoel Romero vs. Jacare might be the best fight on the card and it's an afterthought!

They were supposed to fight at 145 in Strikeforce 3 or 4 years ago and Cyborg tested positive for steroids. The onus is on her to make Rousey's weight now.
