The rumors came out on June 23 and I believe the actual injury was on the 22nd.

Connor clearly lost round 1 and was losing round 2 and looked like complete shite and that fight shouldn't have been stopped anyway.

Oh I think it's the latter. They had to be pissed at Aldo, his biggest concern was missing the weight (not performance or long term injury) that's pretty lame after the time and attention was given to the fight.

You do realize that they have the same initials, right?

Why are coaches terrible w/ names? You dudes using initials when both fighters have the same initials are making my intoxicated self think more than I want.

Chael on ESPN saying Frankie will fight McGregor before Aldo

I believe it. Frankie was there. Aldo was not.

Aldo is fricked, will basically be mothballed.

Frankie went up to the cage and was talking to McGregor after the fight

Edgar would whip his arse. I doubt the UFC has the guts. Hope I'm wrong.

Like I said I love Frankie but no he would not. It would be an absolute war and Frankie would die before he gave up but I don't see him winning.

Frankie is a more technical fighter and has never been finished in his career. He's not going to be put in too many nasty situations and in a 5 round fight he's going to be in control in most of the rounds. I'd say easy decision win for Frankie unless conor improves his ground game and takedown defense significantly

It usually doesn't start until 2:00 AM EST regardless of what the UFC says.

That is why I said Frankie would die before he would quit.

The thing with Frankie is he is a slow starter and against someone like Conor you just cannot afford to be. I really am afraid for Edgars health if they fight.
