You have been wrong about everything Conor related so keep going. Frankie is a top 5 guy for me but nobody is beating Conor at 145. He is just too good, too long, has too much reach and is too flexible.

As a professional one should always be ready. Especially on this weight class anytime Aldo is scheduled for a title fight. He's known for backing out several times. And the rib rumors started a while ago so I'm sure Mendes was told long ago , be ready. CM wasn't training for Mendes. That's a bit different than Aldo as well. It may be something but at this stage I can't put much into"he only had 3 weeks to train".

Thanks guys. Sounds like I should have gotten this one.

I'd even advocate ordering it on replay if you didn't already know the outcomes. I got in late and ordered it starting at Stephens-Bermudez. Those three fights were worth more than basically every card I've ordered bar a few. Card delivered.

Mendes was shooting from ten feet away and still getting takedowns. Frankie mixes his mma game up ten times better than Mendes. He's way quicker on the feet also. And I'm not a fan of Edgar at all

I think if he fights Aldo and wins he moves to 155. No IV's and the 145 weight cut is gonna start taking a heavy toll

You can't discredit the fact that Mendes had two weeks to get ready for a five round fight.

Most guys are wrapping up their training camps two weeks out. Mendes was just starting.

At 155, Dos Anjos subs him in probably a minute. Pettis kicks the shitty tats off his chest then subs him if he's still awake

Like I said , I don't believe that. The rib injury has been talked about for several weeks and I'm sure Mendes was on standby. Maybe even before the injury happened due to Aldo's history of pulling out. Maybe you're right though.

I didn't say he'd win a lot there but there would be more money and a more natural weight class.

And I think Dos Anjos is a fricking gooon. Nobody's messing with him for a while.

True he is Brazillian so that's always a challenge. But his last camp was entirely in LA I think so maybe he'll at least start taking the undetectable ones

Amazing fight, CM won first and was winning second round. He was hurt/gassed from body kicks. How could elbows be 12-6 when he was on his back? Great fight. McGregor def can be beat but thats true for everybody. He's earned his lofty status.

If true either Aldo's injury is worse than reported or Dana is trying to piss in Aldo's Cheerios
