Alligator lives in Florida. What in idiot knowing he was exposed to it from a family member and thinking he could slip through the test somehow.

Brett Okamoto
@bokamotoESPN
Briefly spoke to Dana White, he said UFC administered 1,200 tests on 300 people this week, it's not unexpected someone would test positive, shows the system is doing what it's supposed to do. Jacare will get medical attention. May 9, May 13, May 16 all still on.
when you test 300 people, it's almost a guarantee that at least one of them will test positive when you consider just how easy they have made it to trip a "positive" test. the media, hospitals, etc. desperately want positive test so it's actually surprising that it's not more than just a few people testing positive.

Yeah. Bum arse jacare
Ufc should have cancelled his fight when he told them a family member had it. It’s not like his bum arse was an integral part of the card. Now they will have a PR black eye.

UFC had an opportunity to put this event on ESPN and have the worlds attention. Forego PPV and build your sport. What a wasted opportunity.

3/4 of the event is on ESPN.
Understood, but build your stars that are on the 1/4 on PPV. Use this time to hook the masses who otherwise would not tune in. Then Ferguson/Gaithje vs. Khabib would be an even larger spectacle down the road. UFC has very few fighters that the casuals care about.

Bro the ufc has to make money to survive. Already the company that owns them is in economic trouble. They have had to pay way more for this event and also are missing out on 5-10 million in gate money. Who knows how long this shite goes on where it effects their business immensely. While what you are saying sounds cool to do, it’s not feasible for a business that needs to make money. And that’s not even talking about the fact that ESPN has bought the ppv rights and are also expecting to make money on this. I’m certain ESPN wouldn’t be happy if the ufc decided to give the ppv away, if they even had the option, which is doubtful anyway.

ESPN would have to approve and could partially offset a loss with commercials. We obviously have different opinions. I will buy the PPV tonight but feel like UFC/ESPN could have made this into one of their featured events that they already broadcast occasionally.

Possible to replace or no?

Hoping Dom wins.
He is one of my son's 3 favorite fighters and uses some of his footwork and movements.

Y’all are blowing my fricking mind sleeping on Cruz. Cejudo is a beast and should be the favorite but Cruz is still one of the best of all time and has proved ring rust doesn’t apply to him. He’s come back after a long lay off and beat dillashaw and he looked in great shape in the embeddeds. I’m laying my money on the underdog
