I think I heard Joe say that Gust landed 100 significant strikes more than Jones towards the end....maybe someone else heard exactly what he said

I am extremely impressed with Gustafsson. That guy has a great chin and showed a lot of heart tonight. Even though I'm a big Glover fan, I hope Jon wins and we get a rematch between JJ & Gus.

I could see 2-5 going to jones, but I gave 3 to Alex. IMO 4 and 5 were definitely jones and 1 was Alex. 48-47 jones is what I had it, but I could see 49-46 jones or 48-47 Alex. 2 and 3 were both close and could have went either way. Excellent fight and gus deserves an immediate rematch. Jones looked hurt at the end of the fight, so I think tex and Alex might be next.

Everyone in here is full retard if you didn't watch Gus win that fight, bottom line is UFC can sell more PPVs with Jones headlining. This is up there in bitchassness with the Manny vs. Bradley fight.

I thought it'd come down to a split decision. He didn't do enough to knock off the champ. But it was a close fight.
