Yeah as a general rule of thumb, if it's too good to be true bet the other side. Simply doing that probably over 55%.

Pulled 55 out of my arse, but over the years I would guess that's not a bad bet to fade.

I got downvoted on every comment I made and the reasoning why I would choose the underdog here.

Sorry to hear that, Walt. I was also on the wrong end.

Luckily I won a few hundred at Black Hawk today on the blackjack table.

Did lose this bet as part of a 6 point teaser. Up in the game overall though.
Florida tt was 15.5 each half. Pounded that both halves.

All of the reasoning I posted was downvoted. All of the reasoning these posters gave upvoted. Vegas doesn’t screw up making point spreads.

Thank you I guess. Been doing this a long time. I used to be the guy that bet on UF for most of the reasons people posted.

In N LA there used to be a big bowl ATS pool. If you saw Seinfeld characters win 1st one year and 2nd the next, that was me. Way back over a decade ago I posted my pics on an LSU paid forum. At the end of the year I had a few users buy my picks for bowl season bc my record was good giving free picks. I went 50% on all games and 70% on the games I picked to bet on. I’m not boasting, I’ve lost thousands and won thousands. But I know the philosophy that wins consistently. The Zen of Gambling and the king of Vegas by Wayne Allyn Root is the philosophy I follow. Trust me, I learned the hard way how to win.

With that said, I still don’t condone betting. I’d rather see y’all win than lose. I tried to get people off UF this week and all I got were downvotes.

these dudes downvoted me all week. Not giving them a thing

I don’t want to condone betting. I’d rather see these people bet properly and use the right reasoning than lose. I mentioned the books I learned from. No original ideas from me. You just follow the script and then it sort of becomes ingrained. If I see a spread again and all these people using bad reasoning, I’ll say why I think otherwise. Other than that, I’d rather not promote gambling.

I’d rather see y’all invest money the right way than gamble honestly.

In this thread you were.

Looks like most LSU fans in this thread took a variety of losses today.
