Yes, I originally attended college to be a basketball coach. Changed my major right after senior observations and went a different direction, which is a field I'm still working in today.
I'm 51 and like fundamentals. The NBA is playing a trash game, which holds no value to me. I'd rather watch small-town high school hoops to see players at least trying to learn the game.

There is definitely a disconnect with some LSU fans that presume college baseball is as popular in most other places as it is here. I think probably most realize it's not even close to that.
I love to watch it when LSU is in it but if LSU were not in it I would not have watched one minute of one inning of any game in the CWS.

World Series championship in 2015, which is more recent than about 23 other franchises and back in the playoffs last season. Mediocre this year, but definitely an opportunity to get back to October again.
Lord knows I saw a lot of Royals playoff and World Series games growing up.
