Watched him since his college days and now with the jags. Look his rookie season was a wash with the idiot a-hole Urban Meyer. He just played to not mess up under urban and we had shite offensive weapons. This season we are starting to see what he showed at Clemson some swagger and a very talented qb. TL is starting to learn to improvise like many other great young qb's in league like Allen, Malhommes, Burrow, Herbert he takes what the defense gives him. By this I mean if his guys are covered take off for a 15 yard run or go to a quick check down pass to Etienne. He is not at the level yet consistently like the guys I mentioned earlier but his improvements this season shows he is capable and he does have playmakers now. I believe within the next 2 seasons Lawrence will be a top 10 qb in this league easily.

Yep. Your pretend football team is definitely the measure of a player being good or trash.

Well TLaw’s real football team is 5-8 and probably would be 8-5 if T Law played simply average in every 4th quarter.

A real good week for TLaw!

Player of the week, as Jags fan, I'll take it.

No doubt he is getting better and I have been extremely happy seeing his improvements and potential this year. I agree that the consistency is not there yet but it will get there. He definitely has better weapons this year compared to last. I still would like to see the Jags get an elite WR.

Yes he did look very good today. The thing that has really changed is hard to put into words. The problem was learning what it takes to simply win a game.
The other thing is he seems like he grew a pair of balls when he plays. He runs much harder and just in general seems tougher. The playbook has definitely seemed to come alive to him and Peterson when he is on a roll calls a great offensive game. Defense showed up and seems to follow the offense lead.

Etienne is solidifying himself as a top 10 back in his first season too. Really love the Clemson duo them boys get it done.

I think we draft one with a first or second pick plus we got Calvin Ridley.

He hasn’t proved me wrong, he was in an impossible situation. Anyone who thought he sucked was delusional

Pederson really is the perfect coach for T Law. Great creative playcaller, good technician teacher, and awesome temperament. Really happy for Lawrence after that joke of a regime last year.

I watched TLaw in high school. You could tell them that he was a Sunday player and a man amongst boys.

He just has IT.

And anyone who wrote him off as a bust/mediocre after the abortion that was CUM is a moron.

The Jaguars safety was interviewed last week and said Lawrence is still a rookie because you can't count his year with Urban. Pretty huge slap in the face to Urban, but I kind of agree with it. He was in just about the worst situation imaginable his rookie year. I'm willing to forget it.

It was an absolute joke of a coaching tenure.

I think the only good thing about Myer being the coach was he drafted both Lawrence and Etienne in the same draft. When has a QB and his college RB ever been drafted together? It probably helped those two get through that tough first year. Especially since Etienne was injured in the preseason and out the entire season.
