Might be a bargain in 5 years depending on how the cap goes. 34 isn't really ancient.

Idk, I've been saying it would be the perfect place for him to go. The way the organization is set up, and Spo's philosophy, it's like a Eastern version of Utah. I think The Godfather has something cooked up
