Dude is one of the most inaccurate QBs in the league and that’s with almost exclusively short routes that are closer to extensions of runs

Wanna see a worthless stat? Air yards is one

Burrow - 5-2 (2nd in div)
Love - 5-3 (last in div)
Dak - 3-5 (2nd in div)
Cousins - 4-4 (3rd in div)
Maye - 5-3 (2nd in div)

Total - 21-17 (.553)

Baker - 3-5 (2nd in div)
Kyler - 6-1 (div leader)
Bo - 6-2 (div leader)
Daniels - 2-4-1 (3rd in div)
Caleb - 6-2 (2nd in div)

Total - 23-14-1 (.621)

All it could mean is those QBs are usually playing from behind and taking more risk. Doesnt mean they are better QBs, or play for better teams. Because stats certainly dont prove that to be the case

Pretty sure all the dudes in the bottom 5 have missed games, except Nix.

I mean the point of the stat isn’t to show who has the best team or record - it’s about context of QB play, so there’s a deep irony in you posting team records halfway through the season as some sort of thing that under mines that stat. The team record could not be any more pointless to the point of tracking this type of stat (and all stats are pointless really, they are just data points meant to give context to all the various things that happen on a football field each week)

Now I think the main issue with the graphic in the OP is that it’s raw totals and not average per attempt, which would give a much clearer picture of whose pushing the ball down field consistently and successfully - which is an indicator of offensive success in today’s game across the board.

I think if you are going to nitpick anything about Caleb at this point it's that he's not aggressive enough and doesn't take enough risk.

This stat needs to be on a per game basis also. Baker, Kyler, Daniels, and Caleb all missed games.

Herbert leads in behind the line passes and still has a ton of picks

If you told people this could be the top 4 in something one year ago…

Stroud was more likely to find an int than a completion end of last year and there are guys with alst no turnovers halfway through a year.

And they are not the names you would expect at all

People rip on Burrow for interceptions, but his willingness to take risks downfield is what makes him great.

and if we're being honest, historically, he has not turned the ball over a lot. He did in his first full season in the NFL, but since then he's had a 1.8% IN rate, and that includes this year. In his best season, 2024, that number was 1.4%.

Well, he's also among the leaders in passes 10+ yards
