Hey it’s the team that everyone talks about but no one wants to hear it.

To find an excuse to make fun of the Cowboys in June - a month that is light on NFL happenings.

I always wonder if the Cowboys are a chicken/egg scenario.

The OT and others like to say they get so much TV coverage because they have a huge national fanbase. But do they only have a huge fanbase because of the constant national attention?

Tom Landry was a great coach, but they were known as "Next Year's Champions" before "America's Team" due to the numerous playoff failures. For some reason, they get grouped in with the Yankees, Celtics, and Lakers, but without the same levels of success.

To be fair, they have been in 8 Super Bowls, and have won 3.

They are tied for second all-time but in Super Bowl appearances w/the Stillers and Broncos.

But all that being said, frick the Cowgirls.

Just to put that into perspective, the Jacksonville Jaguars have played in 3 AFC championships since that time frame.

I mean, they do have 5 rings and are the most valuable franchise on earth.

What a dumb take. Dallas remains one of the most valuable teams (if not the most valuable) in the league.

Cowboys are 5-3 in super bowls.

I miss the old boys, but not that sad about the current state of affairs.

Jerry is more about the money and his developments/stadium, and some occasional big name jock sniffing, than on the field success. He’s probably never even realized that fact himself. Approaching 80 with a terrible track record over the last 25 years and he still wants to make believe he’s a “football guy” and GM.

Cowboy fans’ identity in sports revolves around thinking they’re important because people make fun of them.

They’re the Tennessee football fans of the NFL.

They’re meth using ex famous people saying “well, any pub is good pub”

If you look close enough, you can see the cocaine coursing through Irvin in this pic.

Sadly, I can't say much. My Dolphins have been on a decades long schneid, also.

I think (?) it might have been the night before LSU’s win in Nola over OU when Romo mishandled that short FG snap that could’ve won a big playoff game.

I always felt like that moment defined his years with the Cowboys. Some good teams but never got that mojo back.
