One of the argumentative mofos on here (I think ballscaster) steadfastly supported the Joe Mixon punch as self-defense.
The idea of punching a woman, or anyone for that matter, in a manner to just take her out when there is no actual threat posed to me is just so far out there, I can't grasp it. It's just wanting to be macho IMO.

I am told the Chiefs sent Kareem Hunt home from the facility today upon learning of the release of the video and pending further action. Most likely short-term resolution is that Hunt would be placed on the commissioner's exempt list pending a final decision, but we will see.
