Hate all ya'll want: Jordan Jefferson was an absolute bad arse high school quarterback.

Kyle Brady. He was a beast in football and basketball. Ended up having a decent career in the NFL.

Played against Belle Chasse in the second round of the playoffs. Chris Henry was a safety and receiver on that squad. They kicked our arse.

Holy shite. Who did you play for?
A couple guys I used to play against were Clint Mathis and Josh Wolff.

chris henry out of belle chase, single handedly beat us in the play offs with 5 td receptions from shane shelly.
They were legit, until Parkview hung like 40 unanswered points on them.

I hit against Shelby Miller in high school.
Football wise, Dax Swanson was in my district in football. He's bounced around in the secondary of a few places. Probably the best I've ever played against was Chris Parr. Was a running back that was D-1 bound if he wasn't a thug.
My senior year in a scrimmage he came in with his team's blue and yellow jerseys with Alabama 'A's" on his helmet. Word around town is that Saban was recruiting his arse pretty hard. In the end though some he sold a stolen Ipod to his head coach and also punched a girl in the face at lunch because she got some mustard on his white-t. Kid was incredible with the ball in his hands though. He's been in and out of jail ever since he was kicked off the team.

Jonathan Bender in high school.. for those that dont know him, he broke michael jordans mcdonalds high school all american game scoring record. And was 5th overall pick in nba draft right out of high school.
Also played softball for yrs against steve mcnair, dude played short stop in shallow left center and would hose your arse before you could get to first. Knew him and his family for yrs, good people.

Not one on one competing, but Trindon Holliday in track.

David LaFleur and Eddie Kennison. There simply wasn't anything you could do with either of them. David would go up top and catch anything in the air and Eddie would just streak down the field and separate from a 20 yd deep safety.

Reggie Torbor steamrolled my arse in high school a few times. On one play I threw him down and his knee touched but he got up and ran 60+ yards for a TD because the ref didn't blow the whistle.

I played against Julio Jones in summer league ball at Alabama in basketball in 2008. Also played against Langston Galloway every year from 5th grade to Junior year of Highschool. Went to school with Jetemy Hill from 3rd-5th grade.

I stiff armed Joe McKnight in the face and poked him in the eye on accident.

Can't remember his name, but played a few pickup games with a former McDonald's All-American. All I remember is that he signed with Bobby Knight at TT but couldn't get in because of grades. I remember thinking he was better than me, but based on his talent level I thought I could play D1....for somewhere like Colgate.
In baseball I played with a kid who would have been a pro prospect if he hadn't of had Tommy Johns. As a senior in high school he was throwing 94 with scary movement. Our coach was a scout for the Dodgers and had a 15 day contract with them as a player. So I trusted his word when he said that. Closest I came to hitting one off of him was a single foul tip. Never even put bat on ball outside of that.

Ahmad Bradshaw killed me his senior year. Punt block and I never had a chance, he bull rushed the lineman and tackled me before I could even drop the football for the punt. It wasn't so much a tackle as it was pure annihilation. He ended up making Parade All-American that year.
Edited to add- In state playoffs my senior year we played Westfield who had Sean Glennon at QB, Eddie Royal at WR and Evan Royster at RB. It wasn't pretty.

Wesley Matthews when he was a senior and I was a sophomore.
ETA: got that backwards!
Another I went up against multiple times in HS was Nick Toon. He was from Middleton, which is a "suburb" of Madison, though very much intertwined with the culture of it.
