Tallahassee is one of the larger cities in the state. So is it really that shocking that it is the "FIFTH most dangerous city"? If it were No 1, 2, or even 3 this might be an alarming number. But 5th?

Apparently they put up 5 other billboards for PR in a contract dispute with the city.
