I used to be in charge of email archiving at a school district. After I set it up, I started testing searching for certain words.
In a matter of 30 minutes I found 3 affairs. Multiple coaches making some pretty terrivle comments about female students and certain athletes.
I then swore off ever logging in there again unless I was told too.
Gruden is an idiot for sending any of this in email format. But then again every person in the world would be scared shitless if all their emails and texts were public record.

You know what I find more concerning than Gruden's comments? Well, about a million things.
But the thing that really sticks out to me is the fact that the NFL commissioner pressured/forced a head coach to draft a player he didn't want to draft just because the player was gay. Gruden's comments are nothing compared to that.

Love Gruden I busted him trying to go into an Asian spa in the French Quarter back around 2009 when they were in town for a game. It was goofing around and he was just pretending he was about to go in and was shocked I recognized him from halfway down the street

Yup not one was brave enough to speak in his defense. I know that Gruden helped a LOT of dudes out who were in trouble - especially his first stint in Oakland. And not one defended him.
