I really do not care, but would it be Tulane, not ULM, the one that should be the ones to tell ULL to end the usage as they were the original University of Louisiana.

The University of Louisiana-Lafayette won this battle. Their athletic teams are now called Louisiana by EVERY entity including the NCAA. Give it up. It’s petty.

That if you google the University of Louisiana you get the Ragin Cajuns.
So it does not matter what people think here, everyone else will call them the University of Louisiana.

Because they are idiots and breaking state law. No state-funded university is allowed to be just called "Louisiana". They are University of Louisiana Lafayette. Not Louisiana.
How ignorant can you be? Obviously very. Is Tiger's the name of Louisiana State or the moniker? Louisiana's Ragin Cajuns is the moniker of all the sport programs at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. If you weren't such an idiot, you might understand this. I don't have a dog in this hunt, but even I know and understand this.

Some people don’t understand the difference between a full university name compared to how it’s branded.
Oh well, now he/she can go find something else to complain about like how the NCAA is out to get LSU by putting them with a G5 in a bowl game. Because, as we know, everyone is out to get them.
