Aaron Ooberwhathisface was right. Speith shouldn't have been dicking around at the John Deere Classic last week. Get your arse to Scotland and learn the course. One shot, anywhere on Thursday or Friday and he might be playing for immortality in a month.

Sure it would've helped, but that type of logic means Ricky Fowler should be contending right now.

Wondering how many experts in here have ever broke 80 lol.

So the two most least exciting major winners in x# years are going to battle it out for a second major with someone who has won only the Travelers.

Damn JS and JD.

Damn. Nice effort. The piece of shite in the gallery who kept chiming his phone during the up shot needs to get dragged out into the street and shot.

Seconded.

One shot. Speith was -5 after two rounds. A few more rounds on the course last weekend would have been invaluable.

not 4-putting would've been invaluable ...

Rarely in a pga event do I see a shot and think I'd have been disappointed with that shot.

Speith should have had his arse in Scotland. He's never seen St. Andrews (a few years ago in a meaningless round doesn't count). Had he come over early he might not have been in a hole after 2 rounds. Congrats on winning the John Deere doe.

How do you know this? What makes you an authority?

Today was 10 pounds entry so all the cup-kickers were in attendance. Loud and proud.

How many rounds in a British Open has Speith played? How many rounds at St. Andrews? He was much better in the third and fourth rounds. You know why, experience. He adapted to the course the more he has played it. You've got probably one shot in a lifetime to win the Grand Slam. Why cost yourself preparation for that by playing in the John Deere?

Your "logic" is retarded. Please stop reposting it. Your point is noted.
